British Foreign Secretary: 'Working to evacuate seriously ill and injured children from Gaza'

|
British Foreign Secretary David Lammy said his country is working to evacuate seriously ill and injured children from the Gaza Strip so they can receive medical treatment in British hospitals. According to him, the first children will arrive in the country in the coming weeks. Lammy added that he is "furious" that Israel is not allowing sufficient aid into Gaza and announced an additional £15 million that his country will provide for medical assistance to the Strip. "This is not a natural disaster, this is man-made starvation in the 21st century. We all know there is only one way for this to stop - an immediate ceasefire," Lammy said.
