Yael Chechnover|
The parents of hostage Alon Ohel, Kobi and Idit, addressed members of the Security Cabinet ahead of their meeting tonight, stating that 'the meeting will finalize arrangements for renewing humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. Alon has lost his eyesight and suffers from shrapnel wounds and head injury, and is in clear and immediate danger.' According to them, 'We demand as a condition for renewing aid to Gaza - to release the wounded hostages for life-saving medical treatment outside Gaza. Only then will aid to the Strip be renewed.'
