Against the backdrop of the war with Iran and the attempts by the ayatollah regime and its proxies to harm Israel on multiple fronts, including cyber and information warfare, dozens of reports have been received in the last day at Home Front Command centers and the National Cyber Authority about phone calls from a number impersonating the Home Front Command (073-3103014). In the call, an automated voice urges citizens to "prepare for emergency," and in some cases even asks them to visit a website for additional instructions. The Cyber Authority warned that this is an impersonation, and that people should not visit the website mentioned in the call or believe the instructions provided. The authority also emphasized that the Home Front Command will not contact you by phone with links or defense requirements – unless you contacted them first.
