Federal authorities investigating Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota have seized the anti-Israel lawmaker's phone and issued more than a dozen subpoenas, including subpoenas for some of her family members, according to a person involved in the details of the investigation who spoke to the Associated Press. According to the source, the subpoenas were issued as part of a federal investigation into suspected immigration document fraud by Omar. As part of the investigation, federal agents also conducted a search of Omar's Washington home earlier this week, just weeks before the November midterm elections in which Omar is running for another term.
