The Tel Aviv District Police Prosecution Unit filed an indictment against Eliya Azrad, a 26-year-old man from Bnei Brak, after he was caught on camera throwing a salt shaker at former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett at a restaurant in the city on September 24. He is charged with simple assault, attempted simple assault and conduct likely to breach public order. A request was also filed to keep him under house arrest until the conclusion of proceedings.
