Transportation Minister Miri Regev said her ministry is nearing the fifth phase of an operation to return Israelis stranded abroad due to Operation "Iron Swords." According to Regev, after receiving approval from the Home Front Command, Ben Gurion Airport will operate 24 hours a day, and Haifa Airport will operate from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Regev noted that airlines Tus Airways, Blue Bird, Red Wings, Fly Dubai, Etihad Airways and an additional company from China have already requested to resume flights on routes to Israel, but "most foreign airlines have already diverted aircraft for the summer season, which means many flights will be conducted based on the Israeli aircraft fleet."
