Reports: Bedouins launch attack against Druze in southern Syria, students attacked in Aleppo

|
Reuters news agency reported from a security source that Sunni Bedouins from southern Syria launched another attack against Druze forces in the As-Suwayda area, considered their stronghold. This comes despite yesterday's ceasefire agreement between the Druze and forces loyal to President Ahmad al-Shara, who fought alongside the Bedouins. According to the source - a commander in a Bedouin militia - the agreement only applies to al-Shara's forces and not to the Bedouins. Meanwhile, Syria reported attacks against Druze students in the dormitories of Aleppo University in the north of the country.
