Cleared for publication: Reserve Staff Sergeant Benjamin Asoulin and Sergeant Noam Aaron Masgadian fell in Beit Hanoun

Staff Sergeant (Res.) Benjamin Asoulin, 28, from Haifa, a soldier in the Northern Brigade of the Gaza Division, and Sergeant Noam Aaron Masgadian, 20, from Jerusalem, a soldier in the Netzah Yehuda Battalion (97) of the Kfir Brigade, were also killed in an explosion of an IED site in the Beit Hanoun area in northern Gaza Strip. This was cleared for publication by the IDF spokesperson. Earlier, the IDF cleared for publication the names of two additional soldiers killed in the disaster, Sergeant Meir Shimon Omar, 20, from Jerusalem and Corporal Moshe Nissim Peresh, 20, from the capital. The name of another soldier who fell in the incident has not yet been published.
