Kobi Ohel, father of Alon Ohel who is being held in Gaza Strip, announced at the Hostages Square in Tel Aviv that his family presented a humanitarian framework to the government and security officials. The plan proposes evacuating wounded hostages for life-saving treatment outside Gaza to other countries, beginning with negotiations and lasting 72 days. "Everyone promised to examine the framework," the father added. "The deal can be set in motion, we call for life-saving treatment for wounded hostages, for a rescue operation."
