A 63-year-old pedestrian was killed when hit by a vehicle on Highway 75 near Shaar HaAmakim Interchange, close to Haifa. MDA teams pronounced him dead at the scene and evacuated a 24-year-old woman who was lightly injured to Rambam Hospital in the city. Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
