Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to distribute Shas party portfolios to members of his party, after Shas ministers resigned from the government due to the military service exemption law crisis. It appears that Minister Yariv Levin, who serves as Justice Minister, will serve as acting Interior Minister, Religious Affairs Minister, and Labor Minister. Haim Katz, who serves as Tourism Minister and as acting Housing and Construction Minister following the resignation of Yitzhak Goldknopf (United Torah Judaism), will also serve as acting Welfare and Health Minister.
