The Upper Galilee Regional Council updated its residents that the IDF will carry out a series of strikes in Lebanon in the coming hours - and that the sounds of explosions will be heard in the Western Galilee, Hula Valley, Ramim Ridge and possibly even in the northern Golan. It was also reported that there is no change in the instructions to the public.
