The Meteorological Service issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms and lightning in the southern Negev, mountains and Gulf of Eilat and southern Arava until 2:00 PM. Tomorrow, rain is expected in the south and there is a concern for flash floods in the Dead Sea area during the afternoon hours.
