The prosecution filed an indictment with the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court against Yosef Masala, a 31-year-old from Netanya, for an indecent act he committed against a 16-year-old girl during a bus ride in Jerusalem. According to the indictment, the girl boarded bus line 74 in Jerusalem with her friends. Due to crowding, the girl stood at the front of the bus, and Masala stood behind her. During the ride, Masala pressed against the girl's buttocks and performed a sexual act on her against her will, despite her attempts to move away from him. Later, when she moved to another location on the bus, he followed her and continued his actions.
