Hostages' families forum petitions High Court: 'Real and immediate risk due to expanded fighting'

Lihee Gordon|
The Hostages' Families Forum has submitted a petition to the High Court of Justice on behalf of hostages and former captives regarding 'violation of constitutional rights of hostages and their families.' According to the families, this first petition from the forum was filed 'in light of accumulating disturbing testimonies from many former captives about the real and immediate risk to hostages caused by the expansion of fighting. This is alongside severe health impacts on hostages' families, who remain in darkness and a state of ongoing uncertainty.'
