Amir, the father of IDF fallen soldier Oz Daniel who was kidnapped and died in battle on October 7, eulogized his son at the Kfar Saba cemetery. During his speech, the father addressed former IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, who attended the funeral, saying: "You are one of the most principled, statesmanlike and significant people in the State of Israel. Despite and perhaps because of all the burden you carry on your shoulders, you know how to take responsibility, it shows in the way you conduct yourself and in every conversation with you. I wish you a happy life."
