Amid reports from Lebanon, the IDF Spokesperson confirmed that it struck a Syrian terrorist on the Syria-Lebanon border who advanced terror plans against Israelis under Iranian direction. "Earlier, the IDF struck from the air the terrorist Youssef Ali al-Hasoun, who over the past year advanced terror plans against IDF forces that were thwarted, which included launching explosive drones and rockets against our forces in southern Syria," the statement said.
