Syria's Defense Ministry has announced a total curfew in the city of al-Shaddadi, where ISIS prisoners earlier escaped from prison, amid accusations from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) that President Ahmed al-Shara's men helped the militants escape. The Syrian army claimed in response that it was the SDF forces, associated with the Kurdish minority in Syria, who released the prisoners.
