Police arrested a 30-year-old man from Haifa on suspicion of raping his daughter from the age of 8 until she was 15. A prosecutor's statement has been filed against the man ahead of an indictment. The investigation began last month after receiving a report of suspected rape and sexual offenses committed by a father against his daughter over several years in their apartment in Haifa.
