Bucharest Mayor Nicusor Dan won the second round of Romania's presidential election held yesterday. This emerged from the count of 99 percent of votes in the country. The pro-European centrist candidate defeated far-right candidate George Simion, who had won the first round of elections earlier this month. Dan said he expects government formation talks to last several weeks. According to him, the new coalition will include all four parliamentary parties from center-right and center-left.
