Police arrested a Tel Aviv resident in his 50s on suspicion of attacking a 78-year-old man with a plank. According to police, the elderly man was taken to the hospital on Sunday in moderate condition after the suspect struck him on the head with a wooden plank. The plank was found with bloodstains on it and the suspect was arrested.
