Police and Border Police officers arrested four people in the Beit Hanina neighborhood of Jerusalem on suspicion of attempting to abduct a 16-year-old boy and demanding ransom money in exchange for his release. The four were arrested following a manhunt that began after a report of a suspected abduction, and the boy was rescued unharmed. Police said that according to the suspicion, the background to the abduction was a dispute and financial debt between those involved.
