IDF Chief: 'If no deal is reached in coming days - fighting will continue without pause'

|
IDF Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, conducted a tour and situation assessment in the Gaza Strip and spoke with commanders about plans for continued operations. Zamir said that "the false starvation campaign these days is a deliberate, timed and false attempt aimed at accusing the IDF of war crimes." He added: "I believe in the coming days we will know whether we can reach an agreement to release our hostages. If not, the fighting will continue without pause. The war continues and we will adapt it to the changing reality according to our interests."
