State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman and his team toured the fire sites that broke out last Wednesday in the Jerusalem Hills. 'We are investigating the fire incidents - we were a step away from loss of life,' said Englman, adding: 'I warned the National Security Minister a year ago. The fires in the past two weeks serve as a warning sign to the Prime Minister and National Security Minister regarding the necessary preparations and resources that must be allocated to Israel Fire and Rescue Services.'
