Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the MUNIEXPO 2025 conference in Tel Aviv, saying, "I visited the Hashmonaim Brigade base, almost all of them are yeshiva graduates. They both maintain their Torah studies and are excellent fighters who served in Gaza." According to him, "They told me they came voluntarily, and when you come at us with hammers - a law is needed. But not with defiance, not with internal war." Netanyahu added, "One can respect both the Torah world and the military. Both things are possible. Take politics out of it."
