IDF Arabic spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation notice to residents in central Gaza Strip - after already ordering them at midnight to evacuate due to IDF operations in the area. He wrote: "To all Gaza residents in the areas of Nuseirat, Al-Zahraa and Al-Moghraka in the northern coastal neighborhoods, Al-Nozha, Al-Badi, Al-Bosma, Al-Zahraa, Al-Bostanims, Badr, Abu Harira, Al-Roda and Al-Safa: The IDF is operating forcefully in your area to destroy terrorist organizations' capabilities." He noted that "for your safety, move south immediately to the Al-Mawasi area and do not return to the dangerous combat zones."
