Following the missile hit in Haifa without a siren being activated, a resident of the city who lives near the scene, Yechiel, said that "there was no siren and suddenly the whole house shook with a strong explosion. I've never heard such an explosion in my life. We knew it was very close to us. Within a few minutes, we heard the rescue forces' sirens. What needs to be investigated is why there was no siren, it's very concerning."
