Daughter of fallen hostage Meni Goddard: His body cannot just disappear - we deserve to bury him

Bar Goddard, daughter of fallen hostage Meni Goddard, said in a statement at the Hostages Square in Tel Aviv that 'my parents vanished from the face of the earth in one day. Nothing remained of them.' Referring to the earlier published report about fallen hostages, she said it 'disturbs us and keeps us awake at night. After everything we went through that day and since, it's inconceivable that my father's body would also vanish from the earth and we won't be granted such a basic mitzvah - to bury our dead. To bury my father in the place he loved so much. We deserve to live in a country where people come before everything else.'
