The municipalities of Netanya, Shoham, Yavne, Hod Hasharon, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Rehovot, Ramat Gan and Kiryat Ono announced that some kindergartens will not open today due to a strike by kindergarten teachers who reported being sick and did not show up for work. Additionally, teachers in some elementary schools in Kiryat Ono also took sick leave.
