If they don't behave nicely, we'll do a second strike." Trump also addressed interim President Delcy Rodríguez's statement that the U.S. "kidnapped" dictator Nicolas Maduro. "That's not a bad term. You see this resistance from Rodríguez, but you're hearing a different person than what I'm hearing, really."
