For the first time since the disengagement, a kindergarten has opened in Homesh in northern Samaria. Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan said at the kindergarten's opening ceremony that "we are now at a moment of sweet victory for the people of Israel and Zionism. Justice always arrives, even if it takes 20 years." He added: "The disengagement is dead - the people of Israel live!"
