The Be'er Sheva District Court sentenced Yossi Schwartz, former owner of the Forum Club, to nine months of community service after being convicted of two counts of indecent acts. His sentence was based on his confession as part of a plea bargain reached through mediation. In addition to community service, Schwartz received a suspended prison sentence and was ordered to pay compensation to the two victims totaling 130,000 shekels - 110,000 shekels to the first victim and 20,000 shekels to the second victim.
