The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Jerusalem District Court against Zaodu Mangisto, a Jerusalem resident and geriatric caregiver at a nursing home in the city, for committing an indecent act against a 90-year-old patient suffering from dementia. According to the indictment, about two weeks ago, the defendant entered the elderly woman's room and performed an indecent act on her while she resisted his actions. The indictment charges the defendant with committing an indecent act by a caretaker through exploitation of her condition.
