Police detained a 14-year-old girl from Kfar Yona last night who was driving recklessly in the Sharon region near Tzoran, along with other minors. The girl was arrested after a chase, having accelerated her vehicle in an attempt to escape from officers while nearly hitting one of them. Two other 14-year-old minors, a boy and a girl, were also found with her. "Initial investigation revealed that the minor took the vehicle in her father's possession without permission, intending to go out with her friends," police reported. "The minor and her father were detained for questioning by the Traffic Investigation Unit in the Sharon District and were later released with restrictions, with all findings transferred for further examination of legal proceedings accordingly."
