There are vehicles here that need an ambulance. There are about 10 vehicles here that had an accident. I'm here myself in an attack, my life is okay, yeah? I can't move, bro, I'm scared to death." He also told the dispatcher: "I see 12 vehicles, I'm almost... forget it, bro, I don't know what, I have nothing to say. I see people moving, I don't want to... I don't know, I don't want to check."
