Iran has filed a formal complaint to the UN Security Council against the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, claiming 'bias and failure to condemn Israel's threats against nuclear facilities.' Iran's UN envoy Amir Saeed Iravani wrote in a letter published by the "Maher" news agency that "Grossi's behavior demonstrates a continuous failure to meet the required standards of neutrality, objectivity and professionalism."
