IDF demolishes home of terrorist who wounded 9 in last year's shooting attack: 'Part of deterrence policy'

|
IDF forces demolished the home of terrorist Samer Hussein, a resident of Einabus village, who carried out a shooting attack at Giti Avishar junction last November. Hussein, affiliated with Hamas, opened fire on a bus and a nearby station where several soldiers were standing, wounding five civilians and four soldiers. He was quickly eliminated by security forces. "With the backing of legal authorities, the decision to demolish the terrorist's home was made as part of the deterrence policy, whereby anyone who carries out a terrorist attack of exceptional nature, even if no one is killed, will have their home demolished," the IDF said.
