The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court against Yarin Shmuel, who fired a flare at Teddy Stadium in April this year, causing injuries to an 8-year-old child who suffered burns. According to the indictment, filed for causing grievous bodily harm, reckless and negligent conduct, and prohibited throwing of objects, Yarin obtained 'pencil flares' used by security forces - and even tested them the day before the match between Beitar Jerusalem and Maccabi Haifa. During the match, Shmuel fired two flares, hitting and injuring the child.
