Avi Ohana, father of hostage survivor Yosef Haim Ohana, said in a statement from Sheba Medical Center that "Yosef Haim's return is a model of divine mercy, the power of faith and unparalleled solidarity." He thanked the entire people of Israel - in the country and in the diaspora - "who prayed, embraced, supported and sent strength." Ohana added words of gratitude to the IDF and its fighters "for their dedication, courage and boldness." He expressed deep solidarity with families who lost their loved ones in the war: "There are no words that can comfort - just one big hug from us and a prayer that God sends them strength and consolation."
