Local rainfall accompanied by isolated thunderstorms is expected this morning following the exceptional heat wave in recent days. The Meteorological Service issued a warning about flooding in the coastal plain and lowlands, noting there is concern about flash floods in the Judean Desert, Dead Sea and Arava valleys. During the day, rain will diminish and temperatures will drop significantly. At night, light local rain is possible mainly in the coastal plain, and it will be partly cloudy.
