West Bank Attack: Security Forces Assess Lone Gunman Fired from Ambush

|
Security officials believe a lone attacker carried out yesterday's deadly shooting near Bruchin in the West Bank (Samaria), which killed Tzela Gaz. The assessment indicates the shooter positioned himself on the roadside in an ambush, rather than firing from a moving vehicle, which aligns with evidence from the scene. As a result, and as part of the response operations following the attack, clearing and reorganization work is being conducted in the area where the shooting originated. Meanwhile, the closure and curfew on the villages of Bruqin and Al-Dik continue, with engineering work underway to block entrances.
