The prosecution filed an indictment with the Beer Sheva District Court against Oleg Starkov (47) from Ashdod for committing sexual offenses, assault and abuse of a 13-year-old boy who was under his responsibility. According to the indictment, last year the boy's father met Starkov who presented himself as a modeling agent and told the father that his son "has perfect attributes." Following his words, the parents signed a contract with Starkov, who began taking the boy to various activities, including fitness training, private lessons and cosmetic treatments, and even flew abroad with him. During this period, Starkov committed sexual offenses and indecent acts against the boy, physically assaulted him and threatened him.
