Police: Ban Orich from PM's office for 60 days, Einhorn a 'fugitive'

|
Police have asked the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court to extend by two months the removal of Jonathan Orich, advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, from his office as part of the classified documents case. In the court filing, police also referred to Israel Einhorn, Netanyahu's former advisor, calling him a "fugitive" for the first time, writing: "Investigation materials clearly show that 'Perception' company is under his exclusive ownership and management. Einhorn is a suspect in the case and was questioned under warning through judicial inquiry for offenses of disclosing classified information, and an arrest warrant has been issued against him. Despite this, he has avoided returning to the country and is a fugitive offender."
