Justices Yael Willner, Gila Canfy-Steinitz, and Alex Stein determined that "the issue at the heart of the petition - whose complexity and sensitivity cannot be disputed - is not within the legal domain." They added that "the decision rests on the government's shoulders, and the court must refrain from interfering. Therefore, the petition is rejected."
