The mayor of the Russian port city Novorossiysk, Andrei Kravchenko, declared a state of emergency following what he said was a Ukrainian drone attack. He stated that at least five people were injured in the attack, including a woman and two children. Earlier, Ukraine announced that Russia had attacked it with 183 drones and two ballistic missiles.
