Eyewitnesses: Mushroom cloud over Venezuelan capital, at least 7 explosions heard

Aircraft noise was heard in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. The AP news agency reported at least seven explosion echoes heard in the capital. Additionally, it reported from eyewitnesses that residents fled their homes. Eyewitnesses told Reuters news agency that they also noticed a mushroom cloud. Smoke was also seen at the Caracas airport.
