A senior officer serving as head of a department at Lahav 433 accidentally discharged his personal firearm and was lightly wounded in his hand. An investigation revealed that around 9 a.m., a gunshot was heard in one of the offices, and it was determined that the officer, holding the rank of deputy commissioner, had discharged a round. He was evacuated to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, and the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
