According to the IDF and Shin Bet, in his role, al-Razaina was responsible for the deployment of the terror organization's operatives and the defense plan of Islamic Jihad's northern Gaza Brigade and participated in the organization's military council. In addition, he was tasked with coordinating with Hamas to advance and execute terror attacks against the IDF.
