The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has approved a plea deal between the State Prosecutor's Office (Tel Aviv District) and modeling agent Shai Avital, who was accused of sexual offenses against two complainants. According to the agreement, Avital, who will plead guilty to drug supply and assault charges against one of the victims, will receive a six-month prison sentence, which he has already effectively served, and will pay each victim compensation of approximately 40,000 shekels. Additionally, the former agent will face a suspended prison sentence if he commits any of the offenses he was charged with in the future.
