Police updated that the vehicle ramming incident on Highway 77 near Tiberias is not suspected as a terror attack. Apparently, two women and a man stopped to attend to a broken-down vehicle on the road and were hit by a passing car. Six people are being treated at the scene, including three in critical condition, two in serious condition and one in moderate condition, all in their 30s.
